Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Please do not return items without prior approval — unregistered returns cannot be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalised products, or items that have been used, installed, or modified.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.


International Orders (Including the EU)

For all orders shipped outside the UK, including the European Union, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the following conditions apply:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.

Refunds cover the product price only.

Original shipping costs, as well as any import duties, VAT, or customs fees paid at delivery, are non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds include the product price (and, for UK customers, the cost of our standard delivery option). If you selected an upgraded shipping service (e.g. express or next-day), that additional cost is non-refundable.

If the returned item shows any signs of use, damage, or modification, a deduction may be made to reflect any loss in value.

Hand-Finished 3D-Printed Products

All our products are 3D printed and hand-finished to achieve the highest possible quality and strength.

Because of the manufacturing process, minor surface variations or cosmetic imperfections may be present. These are normal characteristics of the material and production method and are not considered defects.
