Product Use and Installation
Our components are designed for off-road cycling applications and must be installed and used by competent individuals following our instructions.
Improper installation, modification, or use outside the intended purpose (including competition, stunt, or road use) may cause damage or injury.
G10 PRJCT LTD accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
3D-Printed and Hand-Finished Parts
All our products are made using advanced additive-manufacturing (3D-printing) processes and hand-finished for strength and precision.
Minor surface variations, visible layer marks, or cosmetic imperfections are normal characteristics of this production method and do not affect structural integrity or performance.
3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once an item has been handed to the courier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the UK (including the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis.
This means import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Refusal to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; in such cases, shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
