Please review the details below regarding processing, delivery times, customs, and responsibilities for UK and international orders.
Order Processing
Each product is produced in small batches and individually inspected before dispatch.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During product launches, busy periods, or if a product is made to order, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and service.
You may be offered several delivery options (e.g. Standard or Express) depending on your location.
Shipping costs are displayed before payment at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs inspection.
International Shipping Terms (EU, US, CA, AU, NZ)
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis.
This means import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
The buyer is responsible for paying these additional costs upon delivery.
Refusal to pay import duties or taxes may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; in such cases, no refund for shipping or customs charges can be issued.
EU Orders and VAT
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, import VAT and customs fees may be collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.
These charges are not included in your purchase price and are non-refundable, even if the item is later returned.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with a tracked service.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received tracking details within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Once the parcel is accepted by the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays, customs processing times, or missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or local postal issues.
Failed Deliveries / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
- uncollected parcels from a depot, or
- refusal to pay customs/import duties,
you will be refunded the product price only (less any shipping costs).
If you wish the order to be resent, you will be responsible for a new shipping charge.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details.
- We’ll open an investigation with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that courier investigations may take several days.
Hand-Finished 3D-Printed Products
All G10 PRJCT parts are 3D-printed and hand-finished, resulting in slight variations in surface texture or finish.
These are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered defects.
